1. Agreement & Agency Scope

Welcome to InersiaLab. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. InersiaLab provides digital services including Business Strategy, Branding, Web Engineering, Video Production, AI Automation, and Business Development Roadmaps.

2. Confidentiality & Ownership

• Client Confidentiality (NDA Standard): We treat all project inquiries, business ideas, and technical requirements with strict confidentiality.
• Deliverable Ownership: Upon completion of the project and full payment of fees, ownership of custom deliverables (logos, brand guidelines, code) transfers to the client.

3. Commercial Terms & Liability

Project deliverables, milestone schedules, and fees are defined in individual statements of work (SOW) or project invoices.

• Professional Warranty: All work is executed according to professional web and software engineering standards.
• Limitation of Liability: InersiaLab is not liable for third-party platform algorithm updates or server outages beyond our direct control.

4. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable commercial laws under the jurisdiction of the courts of Boumerdes, Algeria.
